Skin Rejuvenation
Microdermabrasion A fine mist of crystals gently exfoliates the skin's surface smoothing wrinkles, fine lines and refining the overall texture of the treated area for more youthful-looking skin. Microdermabrasion is also helpful in treating enlarged or oily pores, blackheads and whiteheads by relieving congestion of the skin and reducing pore size.
Medical Grade Facial Peels Achieve fewer wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes and a more even skintone. Peels remove outer layers of the epidermis through the use of Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Acids, giving the appearance of smoother, softer skin and enabling more effective nutrient penetration of the dermal layer.
Intense Pulse Light The color and tone of the skin is improved by directing a gentle pulse of light over the skin. IPL directly targets and breaks up hemoglobin and melanin pigmentation under the surface of the skin.
Aramis Acne, Scar, and Wrinkle Reduction This procedure stimulates collagen renewal in the skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and scarring, decreases oil production, and effectively treat mild and moderate acne.

Common Questions
Q: Compared to other Day Spas or Medical Spas, what's unique about Attitudes?
A: We are a medical facility – we have a board certified physician and physician assistant directing all of the care. All of our providers are medically trained – we are very proud of that! Attitudes provides modalities and treatments that are scientifically researched and validated.
Q: What is the cost?
A: Most often our patients are pleasantly surprised at how affordable our treatment plans are. Dr. Cloney takes great pride in reviewing the prices of comparable services throughout Delmarva and ensures that Attitudes is competitive.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: We do not take insurance – but we can generate a bill/receipt for you to submit to your insurance. It is completely the patient's responsibility regarding any insurance claims. The vast majority of the procedures offered at Attitudes are not covered by insurance plans as they are considered cosmetic.
Q: What is different about the skin care products that you carry versus products from a department store like Macy's or Target?
A: Medical grade cosmeceuticals from Attitudes have ingredients and composition that are not available from over the counter dispensers like these Department Stores. For example, we have hydroquinone 4% strength in several of our products that allows for the more effective treatment of pigmented lesions. In addition, our staff closely monitors each patient's response to these products and supplements them with prescription modalities when needed. This is not available at Target or Macy's.
Q: What is the number one recommendation you have for skin care?
A: Sun Protection without a doubt. Excess sun exposure contributes to over all poor skin health. If you are a tanner, you are likely to have:
- Wrinkled and leathered skin
- Higher risk of skin cancer
- Complexion problems include pigmented or blotchy areas
- A close second is the need to be on a good skin care regimen with medical grade cosmeceuticals. Like your mom always said, it is great to get your teeth cleaned by the dentist twice a year but even better if you brush your teeth every day.
Q: What are you two most popular offerings?
A: Laser Hair Reduction and Botox® injections are currently #2 and #1 according to industry studies. Electrolysis, waxing, plucking are out – they hurt and don't work all that well. Laser hair reduction works – the only question is does your provider have the best equipment? At Attitudes, we have the Mediostar XT® Diode laser. This is the safest and most effective laser for hair reduction. Currently, the number one laser in Europe for this use! Botox continues to gain in popularity every year. Most patients are knowledgeable and know that Botox® injections are not poisonous with dramatic benefits! More importantly, Botox® helps every other aesthetic procedure to achieve results that you want!
Q: What's new in aesthetic medicine?
A: After the laser interventions, the coming excitement in aesthetic medicine involves body sculpting. Mesotherapy injections is for patients with stubborn areas of fat that will not respond to traditional weight loss regimens.
